Wind and Snow Delays North Pole Races

February 25, 2011 by Don Kiely

The trail groomers, as outstanding as they are, finally threw up their hands and wisely called for a postponement of this weekend’s ADMA North Pole Championships and ASPA skijor races in North Pole. ADMA’s races will be next weekend, March 5 and 6, and the skijor races will be on Sunday, March 6 only. This avoids a conflict with ASPA’s Birch Hills races on Saturday, March 5.

No word yet on Saturday’s Distance Race in the White Mountains to Eleazar’s Cabin.
