Fun Race #1

Fifteen teams turned out for ASPA’s first Fun Race of the season at the North Star Golf Course. The trails were well groomed, snow was falling and temperatures hovered just above zero.
Tobin Stolz and Mika beat three other teams with a time of 9:42 in the 1-dog, 2-mile division.
The 1-dog, 4-mile race had the largest field, with Mike Kramer and Hybrid beating out four other teams with a time of 16:59.
The 2-dog, 4-mile race was won by Jamie Johnson, with Hodgins and Kiska, edging out Emilie Entrikin, Toko, and Swix with a time of 13:58.
Two races had only one entrant. In the 2-dog, 3-mile race, Kimberley Beckman, with Gemma and Lily, ran the course in 12:08. Sara Elzey, with Dylan, Faero, and Kate, completed the 3-dog, 4-mile course in 15:55.
