Trail Tour Sunday: Rosie Creek

February 2, 2011 by Don Kiely

ASPA will be holding a trail tour this coming Sunday, February 6. We will explore the Rosie Creek trails, traveling 10-15 miles.  These trails are well traveled with many junctions for future exploration potential.  Nearly all trails are suitable for skating although we may encounter some narrow sections.  Some short sections are quite winding and/or steep but these are quickly traversed.  Anyone wishing to just ski the trail is welcome to join us; no loose dogs, please. We may encounter the following: moose, overflow, dog teams, winter bikers, rough spots, snowmachiners, joggers and wrong turns.  Be ready for a little adventure. Please contact Janna Miller (479-5585) if you have any questions.
